This program is freeware.  You do not have to pay anything to use this program.
I write this stuff because it helps me run the game.  If I feel the program is good and
worth putting out on the web, I will.  I welcome any comments on all of my Shadowrun
programs.  Just email them to adamczak@teleport.com.  I have not tested this program
under Windows 3.1, but it does work under NT and Win 95.


USAGE:
	NPCs lets the game master create NPCs for his adventures.  These NPCs will be then
usable in several programs I plan on writing.  When creating NPCs, there are several things
to consider.  First, if you create a new NPC, and you haven't touched the attributes yet,
changing the race to one of the listed races will change the attributes to the default
ones for that race.  So, for example, if you click on ork, and then go to the statistics
page, you will see the stats set for a default ork.  If you go back to the race page, and
click on dwarf, the statistics will change to a default dwarf.  But if you modify any of
the statistics by hand, this will not happen any more.  Try it out.
